MI AMI 2026 - MI PIACI

MI AMI 2026 – MI PIACI is an imaginary project developed to strengthen social relationships at the MI AMI festival and promote authentic connections through live music. Participants use the official app to create a profile with a “digital heart” based on their musical tastes. The app suggests routes and affinities, facilitating the formation of a community before the event. During the festival, participants wear an interactive heart-shaped necklace. This lights up when it comes into contact with other compatible users, records new connections and uses an accelerometer to detect movements to the rhythm of the music. Large LED walls display the interaction and mapping of ‘digital hearts’ within the festival in real time. After the festival, the app provides a personalised account of interactions, generates a playlist shared with users encountered and sends updates on future initiatives.
